We shared the most delicious salad - shredded roasted duck and brussels sprouts, with sunflower and pomegranate seeds, tossed in parmesan cheese with a dash of lemon juice. This was definitely the highlight of the meal.
My main course was a roasted pork belly with a onion glaze, over a bed of soft, buttery mashed potatoes.
Mark's main course was their famous lamb burger, which was juicy and delicious.
We shared a side of roasted tomatoes which were so flavourful and bursting with liquid.
Before lunch, we popped into Stumptown Coffee, the coffee shop at the Ace Hotel. My latte was delicious!
Outside of the hotel was a beautiful flower display.
So many reasons to visit the new, super cool Ace Hotel!
